Reservations

Reservations not only ensure that you get a table when you come in but also help us to staff and have enough food prepped. When we have reservations we are able to pace out when they arrive which is imperative for our (singular) Chef. Remember that the kitchen does not get bigger just because more people show up.

While we would love to be able to use a service like Resy or OpenTable unfortunately that just is not attainable for us. Instead, to make it a little bit easier, we do have a cell phone as the restaurant phone. This means you can send us a text instead of having to call! Meeting a couple of friends for dinner? Loop us in the group chat! Thinking about making reservations, but it’s after hours? Text anyway, Monica always has the phone! Want to know what the special is? Just ask!

On days where there are no reservations we will often deviate from our regular hours. Also, since Chef Daniel is our entire kitchen crew, when he is not working the restaurant is not open. From vacations to family events, to Mariners games, to running to the store, we will take a break/open late/close early/close for the day when deemed necessary. And whether or not we have reservations dictates our schedule changes.

We have also had nights where we have a lot of reservations or larger parties and we dont accept walk-in tables at all. Even if you got a table with no reservation last time, that doesn’t mean it will be the same next time. Something to keep in mind also, is that the reservations will always be served first. If you do not have a reservation, please be prepared to wait. We only have ten tables and 46 seats, so text us when you’re coming and we’ll save you a spot!

Thank you,

Dan and Monica
